Klopp insists Christian Benteke has a future at Liverpool despite Belgium striker starting just nine games under Reds boss

Jurgen Klopp insists Christian Benteke has a long-term future with Liverpool as he described the Belgian as the ‘complete’ striker.
It has been a testing first campaign at Anfield for Benteke, who arrived as the £32.5million signing that Brendan Rodgers hoped would reignite his reign; he is currently Liverpool’s leading scorer with seven goals but he has only started nine of the 22 games for which Klopp has been in charge.
His situation was placed into perspective on Sunday, when Benteke only got the final nine minutes of the 1-0 defeat to Manchester United, but it is anticipated he will begin Wednesday's FA Cup third round replay against Exeter when Klopp selects another young side.
